Responsibilities: * Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper, full cycle AR/AP * Multiple bank and investment account reconciliations and analysis * The Accounting Manager will reconcile all balance sheet accounts and prepare monthly reports/journal entries as needed * General ledger maintenance * Bi-weekly payroll and related business and payroll tax reports * Assist with annual budget and internal audit process * As an Accounting Manager, you will prepare quarterly income and expense projections and distributions * Monthly & annual tax basis financial statements * Preparation of tax return work papers for multiple entities and trusts, review of draft returns prepared by outside accounting firm
