The Accounting Manager will assume global responsibilities for our accounting function, along with relevant areas of financial statement preparation, accounting process and policy refinement, management reporting, and tax / transfer pricing disciplines. Partnering with the Corporate Controller, Accounting Director, and other leaders within the CFO Office, this new leader will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals as we charge forward into our next phase of growth and value creation.
Responsibilities
The Accounting Manager will build on a solid base of internal and external financial professionals in the establishment of a world-class global accounting function. Following a major acquisition in 2023, Aeris has doubled its size and expanded into seven new foreign subsidiaries around the world. This new level of complexity and an accelerated pace of change creates an excellent opportunity for the right leader to make a substantial impact.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may also be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000.
