We are pleased to partner with a well-established services organisation in the South West to recruit an Accounting Manager (Service Charge) for their well-established team

As the Accounting Manager (Service Charge), your responsibilities will include:
Managing the service charge accounting project for your assigned portfolioExercising sound judgement and professional scepticism in reviewing service charge expenditure, assuming responsibility for all aspects of file completionResponsible for service charge accounting and looking after a specialist portfolioOverseeing financial management of the projectManage a dedicated team on a day-to-day basisResponsible for managing multiple deadlines and prioritising activitiesAct as a key point of contact with a range of stakeholdersWork with senior managers and Directors on various projects and ad-hoc tasks 
The ideal candidate  will  be  ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with excellent technical accounting and reporting skills.
Strong organisational and planning skillsProven ability to manage and mentor teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsService charge accounting would be an advantage
