Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Manager II to manage financial operations and data governance for media and ad accounts. This role involves handling billing, invoicing, and financial operations centrally for regions including Latin America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You will collaborate with media agencies to standardize, scale, and automate processes, maintain billing operations, and ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. This position requires highly specialized skills in media operations and multi-market experience.
ResponsibilitiesManage financial operations and data governance for media and ad accounts.Handle billing, invoicing, and financial operations for multiple regions.Collaborate with media agencies to standardize, scale, and automate processes.Maintain billing operations for digital ad accounts.Partner with media operations and finance teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.Essential Skills4 years of professional experience.Bachelor's degree required.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Previous experience in Media/Marketing Operations.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders.High attention to detail.Background in Media/Marketing agency.Additional Skills & QualificationsAdvertising industry/Media background preferred.Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred.Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish/Portuguese.Previous experience with Smartsheet is a plus.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize with clear communication.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $64.00
