Description We are currently on the lookout for a proficient Accounting Manager/Supervisor to bolster our team in the hotel industry, located in Honolulu, Hawaii, 96815, United States. In this role, you will manage all accounting operations, including cash management, financial reporting, and budget preparation. A good understanding of the hospitality industry will be critical as you interpret financial reports and provide insight to non-finance managers. Responsibilities: • Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Manage cash flow and prepare budgets meticulously • Develop and enforce accounting principles, practices, and procedures • Generate accurate and timely financial statements • Interpret financial reports and provide insights to non-finance managers • Utilize Accounting Software Systems effectively for various tasks • Leverage ADP - Financial Services for accounting functions • Use BlackLine and Concur for financial management • Engage with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient operations • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations • Carry out regular auditing to ensure financial compliance • Manage billing functions diligently.
