Responsibilities • Oversee the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Manage and maintain customer credit records, using accounting software systems. • Handle inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate responses. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services to streamline financial processes and procedures. • Leverage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to optimize resource distribution. • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure financial accuracy. • Conduct auditing processes to verify the accuracy of financial data. • Manage billing functions to ensure timely and accurate billing.
