Description We are in the search for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in North Hollywood, California. In this role, you will oversee the processing of customer applications, maintain customer credit records, and handle any customer inquiries. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Responsibilities: • Oversee the application of accounting software systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial data • Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes • Manage the month-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliation • Utilize Oracle NetSuite Technologies for various accounting functions • Ensure a thorough understanding of standard cost accounting and inventory accounting procedures • Maintain knowledge of sales tax regulations and apply them as necessary • Proficient in Excel, specifically with pivot tables and Vlookups • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and conduct audits as necessary • Manage two direct reports in the AP/AR department. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Comprehensive understanding and experience with Accounting Functions • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Knowledge and practice in Auditing procedures • Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite Technologies • Proven experience in Month End Close processes • Ability to record and manage Journal Entries • Experience in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation • Proficient in Financial Statement Preparation Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
