Description We are on the search for a competent Accounting Manager/Supervisor Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency • Ensure meticulous maintenance of customer credit records • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required • Handle accounting tasks such as journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance research • Participate in Month End Close activities • Utilize accounting software systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for efficient management of accounting functions • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations • Conduct auditing processes as and when necessary • Oversee billing functions to ensure accuracy • Use Microsoft Excel extensively for various accounting tasks • Be prepared for a possible software implementation in the future. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required • Familiarity with BlackLine software is a plus • Proficiency in using Concur for expense management is desirable • In-depth knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial • Ability to manage all Accounting Functions effectively • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary • Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required • Prior experience in Auditing operations is a must • Ability to handle all Billing Functions efficiently • Experience in Full Cycle Accounting is essential • Skilled in performing Month End Close activities • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
