As they expand globally, they are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team and support their multi-entity, multi-currency operations. Job Summary The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role requires expertise in NetSuite, as well as experience handling multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange (FX) rates. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, preferably with a CPA and public accounting experience. If you meet all of these requirements and are interested, reach out to Mitch McCarter, VP & Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Key Responsibilities + Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. + Manage multi-currency transactions and ensure proper FX rate applications in NetSuite. + Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. + Ensure compliance with GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and other technical accounting standards. + Assist with consolidations for global entities and intercompany transactions. + Work closely with FP& A to analyze financial results and variances. + Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements. + Continuously improve financial processes and optimize NetSuite functionality. + Assist in SaaS-specific accounting, including deferred revenue and subscription-based revenue models. Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred). + 3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or technology industries. + Strong proficiency in NetSuite and multi-currency accounting. + Experience with foreign exchange rate impact on financials. + CPA preferred (or progress toward CPA). + Public accounting experience (Big 4 or top-tier firm) is a plus. + Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, and financial reporting. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
