Description We are searching for a meticulous Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will supervise the accounting team, manage our financial operations, and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. This role involves a significant amount of responsibility and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide the accounting team in daily operations • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting • Manage the general ledger and prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to maintain financial stability • Maintain compliance with accounting principles and regulations to ensure all operations are legal and ethical • Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Manage cash flows to ensure the organization's financial health • Support audit processes by providing necessary information and documentation • Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for efficient financial management • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing • Manage billing functions to ensure smooth and accurate billing processes.
