POSITION SUMMARY
The Accounting Processor- Inventory will be responsible for comparing and preparing reconciliations between terminals, customs, and inspection. Will prepare SAP reports, reviewing vessel documentation for accounting processes, reconciling inventory sales to SAP, billing files BOL, and terminal reports, and daily booking of inventory gains/losses.
Additionally, he/she will handle processing of the inventory purchase orders, goods receipts, and goods issues, and generate various ad hoc reports including volumetric controls, CRE, LIFO-FIFO, and gain/loss threshold percentage reports by terminal.
RESPONSIBILITIES:• Follows accounting policies and controls for the Mexico organization.• Books journal entries as needed according to business requirements.• Prepares different account reconciliations and maintains spreadsheets.• Reconciles E4P RightAngle with PS4 SAP and Helps prepare/maintain ad hoc reports.• May process cost reconciliations.• May be asked to participate or lead special projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred (Professional License is required) • High school degree or technical school diploma required• Less than one (1) years of experience in accounting or finance, maintaining accounting and financial records and reports.• Fluency (speaking and writing) in both Spanish and English.
Experience with Excel or databases. (Excel, PowerBI, Access, Tableau will be highly appreciated)
