Accounting Project Manager (HYBRID)

Responsibilities
+ Support self-distribution project rollout for accounting group.
+ Collaborating with multiple business users to define project requirements.
+ Perform system testing from accounting perspective.
+ Acts as a liaison for handling inventory adjustment exceptions.
+ Ability to quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
+ Demonstrate ability to apply principles of accounting to analyze and prepare financial information.
+ Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
+ Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
+ Knowledge of accounting that includes spreadsheet preparation with Excel. Streamline processes by utilizing the system to download/upload data.
+ Preparing detailed training materials, documents for team for system changes related to project rollout.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
+ Project management experience is preferred.
+ 4-5 years of accounting related experience.
+ System implementation experience is a plus.
+ Public accounting experience is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
