Why we need this role:As a finance analyst you will provide accurate and data-based information on company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.
What you will do:Performing financial accounting, analysis and reporting
Ensures accurate accounting in compliance with group policies and carries out monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including sub-ledger closing
Preparation of manual journal postings, finalization of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and reconciliations, Variance analysis and commentaries
Consolidating financial data (for example budgets, income statement forecasts etc) and analyzing against Colt’s financial goals to identify pain points and opportunities
Providing recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance, in line with strategic objectives
Assembling and summarizing data, providing reporting on Colt’s financial status and existing / potential risks
What we’re looking for:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a relevant field.
1 to 6 years of experience in Accounting & Reporting
Conduct process analysis, working with senior colleagues to drive continuous improvement
