Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support accounts payable activities in line with defined policies, procedures, and strategies. Each day, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing comprehensive reports and analysis to support effective decision-making.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Finance Services – Accounts Payable for Traffic and Logistics from San Luis Potosi for LATAM.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tPerforming quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.•\tComplying with and helping achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in Accounts Payable team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.•\tAssisting in the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.•\tInputting invoice and payment information into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy and assisting in reconciling vendor statements to ensure all outstanding payments are accounted for and resolved promptly.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou have 1+ years of experience in the accounts payable process.\tYou have knowledge of invoice registration and payments for brokers and freights.\tYou have experience in account statement analysis and policy handling.\tExperience with SAP and Excel is desirable.\tFamiliarity with using SharePoint or shared file portals is a plus.\tIntermediate proficiency in English communication is desirable.\tBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
