Job Description:
The Mars Wrigley North America Accounting & Reporting Manager will work closely with the shared service center, the Mars Wrigley North American Controllership team and the Segment Controller team to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial reporting. With a thorough understanding of accounting principles, the Finance Manual and internal controls, the Mars Wrigley North America Accounting & Reporting Manager will provide guidance and enforce compliance with accounting policies and procedures. This role will also require business partnership throughout the organization as new operating models are established or divested and require accounting focus. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, business partnership to understand business drivers of financial results, and strong accounting and analytical skills.
