Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together

Duties and Responsibilities\:

Supervision local accounting operations for multiple companies. Supervision of outsource service center "Genpact" team with a strong governance. Manage balance sheet accounts reconciliation topic in terms of follow ups & review. Ensure All Activities by accounting team are done on timely manner. Review weekly/monthly supplier Payments. Review Month End Activities (Accruals, Prepayments). Ensure SE KICs are followed with at least 90% accuracy. Support in Monthly, Quarterly & Annually reporting. Manage monthly HFM reporting package and supervision of Competency center. Reconciliation between local statutory & IFRS Manage monthly SAP Period opening and closure as per corporate close calendar. Ensure Team Close on time as per corporate calendar. Support External Audit in all required Activities. Support Internal Audit and make sure Team are acting as per SE rules & Procedures Maintain all entries postings with SAP postings rules. Review Trial Balance on monthly basis as a part of month end closing activities. Provide required analysis for BS and income statement.
