International Financial is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Senior Manager to join our Accounting Team. The Accounting Senior Manager will be responsible for performing key tasks in the accounting and reporting areas, including evaluating transactions related to leasing and financing, reviewing journal entries, and overseeing account reconciliations. This position reports directly to the Accounting Controller and will be based at our Lisle headquarters in Illinois.

Responsibilities Research and resolve significant/non-routine transactions, including leasing and financial instruments, expected credit lossesSupport a timely financial close process by preparing monthly journal entries and account reconciliationsCollaborate with operational teams to understand the strategic direction and ensure proper accounting for new or significant transactionsContinuously streamline accounting functions and close cycle timing, driving efficiency across the companyPartner with the business to provide accounting and financial analysis, offering recommendationsPerform financial analysis on monthly and quarterly resultsCoordinate deliverables with internal and external auditorsEnsure compliance with applicable internal control standards related to your responsibilitiesComplete special projects and perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting At least 6 years of accounting experienceAt least 3 years of leadership experience

Bachelor’s degree and CPAAt least 6 years of accounting experienceAt least 3 years of leadership experience

OR

Master’s degree in accounting At least 5 years of accounting experienceAt least 3 years of leadership experience

OR
