Position Overview International Financial is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Senior Manager to join our Accounting Team. The Accounting Senior Manager will be responsible for performing key tasks in the accounting and reporting areas, including evaluating transactions related to leasing and financing, reviewing journal entries, and overseeing account reconciliations. This position reports directly to the Accounting Controller and will be based at our Lisle headquarters in Illinois. Responsibilities Research and resolve significant/non-routine transactions, including leasing and financial instruments, expected credit losses Support a timely financial close process by preparing monthly journal entries and account reconciliations Collaborate with operational teams to understand the strategic direction and ensure proper accounting for new or significant transactions Continuously streamline accounting functions and close cycle timing, driving efficiency across the company Partner with the business to provide accounting and financial analysis, offering recommendations Perform financial analysis on monthly and quarterly results Coordinate deliverables with internal and external auditors Ensure compliance with applicable internal control standards related to your responsibilities Complete special projects and perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting At least 6 years of accounting experience At least 3 years of leadership experience OR Bachelor’s degree and CPA At least 6 years of accounting experience At least 3 years of leadership experience OR Master’s degree in accounting At least 5 years of accounting experience At least 3 years of leadership experience OR Master’s degree and CPA At least 5 years of accounting experience At least 3 years of leadership experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
