Accounting Services Analyst I

MAIN ACTIVITIES Lic en Contabilidad ,Finanzas o afin 5 anos de experiencia ocntable Reconciliaciones ,libro mayor Conciliaciones bancarias excel avanzado SAP 11:00 PM-7 :00 AM + Execute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis. + Reconcile general ledgers accounts, verifying accurate GL balances and ensuring proper and relevant support documentation. + Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and relevant regulatory requirements (such as IFRS, SOX/ICFR) + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function + Perform analytical reviews on specific P/L accounts + Support the external Auditors’ mission PROBLEMS AND MAJOR ISSUES The Record to Report (https://superworks.com/payroll-report/) function is vital for maintaining financial accuracy and compliance in organizations.
