Our client located near Southlake, Texas is looking for an experinenced accounting specialist to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and report payments accurately in QuickBooksManage travel expenses, invoices, and ensure proper payment depositsReview and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)Ensure timely and accurate payments to 1099 contractorsUpdate ACH payment batches and support electronic banking processesParticipate in special accounting projects as neededApply strong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and ask the right questions to drive solutions

Qualifications:
