Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates. Maintains accounting systems and general ledger. Processes and posts all incoming deposits. Processes company payables. Reconciles bank account and general ledger activity with sales platforms. Invoices customers for services. Manages account receivable function including follow up on outstanding amounts. Prepares timely and completes divisional financial statements, including accompanying reports. Ensures compliance with company tax filing requirements. Performs other duties as assigned

 

Required Experience and Skills: include but are not limited to:

One to Three years of similar or related experience Experience with MS Office products preferred/required Proven high level of accuracy with documentation, reports, filing, reconciliation, audits, banking, and financial reporting required. Bachelor’s degree required Excellent oral and written communication skills required
