About the company: A small family owned and operated HVAC company is expanding its operations in the Palm Beach area. This is an established company that provides services to (mainly) commercial businesses.

About the position: This position handles a variety of Administrative and clerical tasks as well as basic Accounting.
Administrative: Answer phones, provide basic customer service, dispatch drivers for emergency maintenance, etc.
Accounting: Post accounts receivable & accounts payable to Quickbooks, front end collection calls when needed, prepare invoice (training provided), and similar clerical accounting tasks.

Minimum Requirements
Basic Accounting knowledge (AR & AP posting)
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word and basic Excel)
Strong customer service skills
Organized, reliable team player
