ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Accounting Clerk Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and accounting, with experience managing both payables and receivables, as well as performing HR duties. This role is a long-term opportunity in a growing industry, offering room for growth and professional development. Duties: + Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments + Perform HR duties including new hire onboarding, tracking vacations, and managing insurance + Handle online banking and deposits + Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and employee records + Process accounts receivables + Provide support for payroll processing as needed + File Wisconsin Sales Tax Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 3 years of related experience + 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable + Proficient in Excel + Knowledge of accounting processes + Attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Ability to work independently with a great attitude and meet deadlines About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
