Your daily responsibilities will include the following:
Processing of incoming invoicesPerforming other activities connected with the process - checking data correctness, creating reports, closing activitiesRegular communication with suppliers or internal customersSupport our customer in process optimizationAlready intrigued? Here's what you should bring to the table for a successful application:High school or University degree preferably in Economics, Finance, or AccountingFluency in German on B2 level, English language knowledge at a working levelExperience with accounts payable/purchase-to-pay process is an advantageUser knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)Customer-focused with good communication skills and proactive behaviorResponsible person with attention to detailsAbility to work in a virtual teamDesire to learn new activities and develop in the field of automation and digitalizationWe care about your wellbeing!
