Job Responsibilities :

Collect and verify all the purchasing invoices and documents to ensure that all payments are made compliant with local regulations and company policies.Prepare the payment order and proceed with the paymentFilling the documents to compliance with privilege regulation and company policyChecking and verifying the data before posting into the systemEnsuring all transactions are posted into the system must be supported by sufficient documentationPrepare for the VAT/WHT/CIT return to ensure that all reports must be submitted on time and accuracy.Liaising with tax to deal with the issue related to tax.Do the month-end and year-end close process (include theLiaising with bank to open/ close bank account and ext.,Prepare the finance statement for the month-end, and year end.Manage and follow up on revenue and issue invoices.Monitor the API transactionsPrepare the adjustments journal entry if it required.Do bank reconciliationOther tasks assigned by line manager.

Pre-Requisites :BA degree in Accounting/FinanceMinimum 5 years of experience in accountingVery good with Vietnam accounting standards and knowledge about IFRS Experienced in SAP systemExcellence in Excel and good MS OfficeFairly English in verbal and writingTeamwork, high commitment & attention to detail and accuracy.
