Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Alexandria, VA. Duties Include: * Accounting Specialist will manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, using YARDI software * Reconcile bank accounts, tenant payments, and security deposits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies * As an Accounting Specialist, you will prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, within YARDI * Assist in the preparation of year-end financial reports and audits
