Nature of Position: Responsible for the, Scale operation, administrative functions, local accounting functions and procurement of supplies, serves as the liaison between the mill and the accounting department. Works closely with the ingredient and corn merchandising team. Responsibilities include daily reconciliation of ingredient receiving, drug usage, production and deliveries. Essential Functions: Operate receiving scale for inbound grains and ingredients.
