Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia. The role will be fully based on-site and involves executing various accounting functions and maintaining precise records. Responsibilities: • Accurate data entry and management related to customer transactions • Interacting with customers for inquiries and resolution of issues • Efficient handling of disbursements related to customer accounts • Handling cash receipts from mail room operations • Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning tools for tasks • Engaging in Auditing and Billing Functions as necessary • Management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Utilizing tools like ADP - Financial Services, Ceridian, and Concur for accounting purposes • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action based on account status. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential. • Familiarity with Ceridian software is needed. • Proficiency in using Concur software is necessary. • An understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently is required. • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary. • Skill in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. • Auditing experience is a must-have. • Proficiency in performing Billing Functions is required.
