Main duties:

• Management of financial and accounting affairs: setting, monitoring and detailed control of financial reports.
• Implementing wages: setting and processing wages and personnel salaries in related software. • Accounting system management: ensuring accurate recording of information and operations Finance.
• Monitoring the accounting team: directing and improving the performance of the accounting team.
• Budgeting and financial analysis: preparing analytical reports to optimize costs.

Certification conditions:

• Education: at least a bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management or related fields.
• Work experience: at least 3 years of experience in similar positions. Accounting software (Sapidar, Peach or similar).
• Ability to calculate and record wages and benefits.
• Knowledge of tax laws, insurance and accounting standards.
• Personality characteristics: high accuracy, team spirit, ability to manage and plan effectively.
