Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounting Analyst/Supervisor to oversee our accounting processes, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will combine technical accounting expertise with leadership skills to manage a team, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive financial efficiency across the organization.
Accounting and Financial Reporting
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.Monitor and report key financial metrics to management.Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.Analysis and Decision Support
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Leadership and Team Management
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.Compliance and Audit
Ensure adherence to tax laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance.Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and address any audit findings.Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to maintain compliance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.Commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.Additional InformationWhat we offer!
