BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as Accounting Supervisor in our office in Orsenigo, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:    

Responsible for accountingManage & review monthly US Gaap closing activitiesTreasury cash forecast managementPerform statutory tax reportingPrepare monthly financial statement for USPerform accounting reporting and analytical reviewPrepare statutory annual accounts in ItalianGaapLiaise with auditors & lead financial statements auditActively participate in the SAP transition projectDemonstrate strong understanding of financial accounting systemsReport issues/key transactions to site controller and group accounting teamDrive continuous improvement in processesLead the accounting team

Education & Experience:

Very strong experience in accounting/financeMaster Degree in Accounting/Management/FinancePrevious experience working for an international company and preparation of monthly financial statement reporting for USTeam management experience with strong communication and leadership skillsGood knowledge of US GAAP and IFRSExpertise in SAP ERPExperience in SOX compliance implementation and internal controlsProven track record of statutory and tax reporting preparation;Expertise in Treasury and Cash Forecast management;Fluent in English and Italian
