Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Manager. 

 

Our Accounts Manager will manage accounts to maximize Sales and Profits goals. Responsible for building relationships between the company and the customer. An Accounts Manager has constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work locations. 
 

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications

•    1+ years of sales experience (preferred) with a proven track record in a similar role (preferably in retail )
•    Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing

Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements

•    Ability to plan and coordinate corporate programs/promotions, regional objectives, and plant objectives and obtain cooperation with bakeries to achieve a consensus for sales promotion and objectives, accuracy of information between accounts and bakeries
•    Ability to evaluate market trends; competitive activity; create presentation material with the purpose of achieving your objectives with the specific account; understand the impact of your suggestions on bakeries and retail store
•    Understand the culture of Flowers company and the culture of the customer and ability to find ways to blend ideas for the benefit of both
•    Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required (up to 50%)
