Responsibilities: + Review, code, and process vendor invoices. + Manage and reconcile vendor statements. + Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. + Maintain historical records and financial reports. + Assist in month-end closing and general ledger posting. + Coordinate with different departments in the organization to ensure the accuracy of invoice details. + Assist with ad hoc accounting projects. Requirements + At least 2 years of experience in an accounts payable role. + Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. + Experience with accounting software, ideally QuickBooks or similar. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
