Job Description

We are working on invoice processing for APAC region. You can count on gaining experience by working in nice group of people, but not only. Shared coffees and lunches are among the standards of this team. We care about work-life balance, so overtime is an exception.

You will work in hybrid model of work with office in Katowice.

You will report directly to AP Team Leader

Your Responsibilities:Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.Obtain necessary approvals for payment processing.Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and issues.Process any corrections if needed.Verify payment proposal if needed.Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function.Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Assist internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to accounts payable.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.Very good English.1+ years of experience with accounts payable process, accounting principles and relevant regulations.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.Experience cooperating effectively with vendors and internal teams.Team player approach
