AP Administrative Assistant
This position is responsible for processing all mail, printing checks, scanning invoices, scanning and depositing checks for the property accounting department. This position is 100% in office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive all property accounting mail. Scanning all incoming items to appropriate person. Process all outgoing checks. Printing and sending out all checks via mail or expedited shipping service. Deposit all incoming property accounting checks. Handle all returned items including but not limited to resident refunds. Maintain organized filing system for any items requiring follow-up or retention. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issuespromptly. Other clerical duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail; accuracy is imperative. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
