WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Processing vendor invoices Verifying and reconciling purchase order invoices and recurring payments Providing basic reports Maintaining vendor accounts Managing internal and external enquiries Working in line with departmental systems, standards, and processes WHAT YOU’LL NEED Expert level experience in FICO systems. Professional level experience in MS Office suite. Basic level experience in accounting and bookkeeping. English, proficient verbal and written Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining 5-8 years of relevant work experience Associate degree in finance or administrative discipline WHAT YOU’LL GET Salary will be commensurate based upon education and experience.
