Accounts Payable Administrator

As an Accounts Payable Associate at NVR, parent company of Ryan Homes, you will be part of the corporate accounts payable team which is responsible for responding to vendor inquires and ensuring that invoices are processed timely and accurately. 

Primary Responsibilities

​Ensure invoices are approved and processed for payment in accordance with company policyCollect and verify bank account information from our vendors so that the vendors can be paid via ACHRespond to vendor and employee inquires about invoice payment statusMaintain vendor data within the accounts payable system

Qualifications 

Excellent customer service skillsStrong problem solving and analytical abilitiesThe ability to multi-task and prioritizeReliability and ability to work effectively and independently in a professional environmentA teamwork focusProficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Familiarity with accounting cycles and accounts payable processes required
