Job Summary

Our Global Shared Services (GSS) team is building a leading organization rooted in a culture of continuous improvement, clean process design, and adoption of the latest technology and automation innovations. We are very excited to welcome a new English Speaking Accounts Payable Analyst, Greater Asia to our team!
The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

Validate, approve and post PO and non-PO invoices Calculate VAT, tax and withholding taxCheck and verify supplier documentation for compliance with country legal & tax requirementsPay vendors by scheduling payment runsRespond to all vendor enquiries regarding finance and manage exceptionsProvide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleaguesPartner with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution. In case of complex issues, escalate it to associate/specialist or coordinator levelProvide support to P2P team objectiveSuggest process improvements where possibleEnsure the compliance of the process with applicable policies and proceduresOther duties as ordered by the direct manager

Job requirements:

Good command of written skills in English language is a mustHungarian language knowledge is advantegousCollege graduate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting professional equivalent or relevant experienceSAP knowledge(or ERP system knowledge) is nice to have.Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and email programs.A good understanding of general accounting processesEnergetic, motivated person who can handle stress
