This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Accounts Payable Analyst
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Review bills to pay ensuring proper documentation and compliance prior to making payment.
Maintain SLAs for AP case resolution.
Resolve issues and improve process by working collaboratively with requestors, Purchasing, Suppliers, Approvers and General Ledger Accounting
Preparation of payment approval requests
Ensure that transactions are processed in compliance to guidelines including: Fixed Asset policy, Approval Authority, Amortization, Cost Center/Account Guidelines, Country Specific Rules etc.
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Support Month and Quarter end activities
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in a global corporation shared service or BPO Finance/Accounting organization supporting global subsidiaries or clients
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in (Accounting, Finance, or other degree with relevant work experience)
CPA a plus but not required.
Knowledgeable with ERP systems: NetSuite/SAP or Oracle. Coupa is a plus
In addition to invoice processing specific experience in one or more of the following areas (North America Invoice Processing, Payment preparation, Credit Card Program Management, Expense Report Processing, Partner Payments, Electronic Payments)
Microsoft Office Skills
