Accounts Payable Analyst

Overview:

ISS STOXX seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Analyst. The AP Analyst will be a member of the Global ISS Accounts Payable Finance Team based in Manila.  The role involves carrying out AP tasks independently and will report to the Global VP-Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities:

File and sort all incoming invoices, correspondence, and any other backup documentationsPrepare & upload the invoices in the systemInput of invoice data/employee expense data and uploading onto the Accounts Payable systemPrepare vendor set up for new vendors and employeesEnsure all vendor claims/employee expense claims meet Audit, Customs & Tax requirements and comply with ISS’s internal policies and proceduresProcedure checks in connection with invoice/employee expense validity, account coding and validation of authorized signatures.Enter payment instructions for invoices and employee expenses via wire transfer or ACHFile and keep track documents/emails in the relevant workspaceFamiliarity with the global travel policy of ISS Inc.Ensure all AP enquiries are dealt with to a satisfactory outcome whilst maintaining a high level of customer service with both internal employees and external suppliersCarry out the compliance review of Travel reports submitted by staff worldwideCorrespond with travel report owners worldwide regarding the travel report policy and their reportsCertain amount of flexibility in the working time may be required at times, in order to cater to internal clients in different time zones

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s graduate of any Accounting or Finance courseMinimum of 2 years professional experience in an Accounts Payable position, preferably in a multinational, BPO, Shared Service, or any global companyHas experience and well knowledge with end-to-end Accounts PayableMust have experience with any accounting system (preferably NetSuite), and has knowledge with Microsoft Excel functionsWell organized and capable of working independently Good with numbers, attentive to details, and able to prioritize tasksTeam player and can work effectively with diverse cultures in a global organizationFluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Willing to work in mid shift schedule
