Our supportive and collaborative environment encourages bold ambitions and continuous learning so that everyone can grow and thrive. _This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship._ **Position Summary:** This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supporting the Accounts Payable components of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) end-to-end process for all operating companies within North America. The Financial Analyst will execute both operational and process improvement initiatives, driving positive financial impact and participating in projects through implementation. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute data analytics solutions to improve Nestlé's financial position and ensure timely payments in accordance with vendor agreements. + Participate in cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives across the S2P end-to-end process, driving efficiencies and economies of scale. + Analyze escalations related to invoicing and payment issues, identify actions for resolution, and implement solutions with internal and external stakeholders. + Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor in day-to-day operations for internal and external payables teams. + Serve as an escalation point for operational issues, working with BPO and CoS partners to analyze transactional data. + Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including design, impact assessment, testing, training, and operational execution within the Payables function. + Adhere to risk and control processes to ensure effective execution and address internal and external risks, including fraud. **Requirements and Minimum Education Level:** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience (at least 4 years of relevant professional-level experience). + 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance, accounting, or procurement positions. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, macros) and/or Access. + Experience with PowerBI, BusinessObjects, or other reporting/data analytics/automation tools. + Experience working in SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. + Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. **Skills:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset. + Ability to assess facts and derive actions from them. + Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. + Responsive to quick requests, short deadlines, and/or competing priorities. + Ability to lead projects and work in cross-functional teams as well as independently. + Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
