Based in South West London!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable Assistant to join our clients Finance team, reporting to the Global Head of Finance. The company is a well recognised and highly celebrated residential Interior Design studio. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for numbers, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices, credit card expenditures, and staff expenses.Reconcile supplier statements, ledgers, and resolve queries.Manage the accounts payable email inbox.Prepare and process weekly payment runs.Collaborate with procurement to reconcile client project accounts weekly.Maintain organized records and assist with ad hoc finance tasks.
Experience & Skills
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (or similar software).Knowledge of multicurrency and foreign exchange.Experience in the creative industry is a plus.AAT qualification preferred but not essential.
