As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for processing high-volume invoices in a Shared Services, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Full cycle Accounts Payable responsibilities, 2 and 3 way matching using OracleReconciliation of vendor statementsEnsures accuracy of vouchers for coding to correct branch, department and accountManage vendor discrepancies for timely resolutions and paymentsEnsures that weekly payment runs go smoothly with various payment types and multiple currenciesTravel and Expense reporting reviewProvides problems and invoice resolution assistance to vendors and internal business partnersWorks with General Ledger team as necessaryVendor MaintenanceRequirements:
