Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Windermere, Florida. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient and accurate invoice processing while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Accurately process and index 40-60 invoices daily. • Perform quality checks on keyed invoices to identify and correct errors. • Resolve discrepancies in invoice pricing and quantities within designated timeframes. • Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal teams and external vendors. • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries related to payments and invoices. • Assist in generating reports and handling payment-related requests as needed. • Provide team coverage to ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently. • Collaborate on special projects and support additional duties as assigned. • Work with management to identify and address process-related issues. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or invoice processing. • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software tools. • Familiarity with purchase order systems and invoice reconciliation. • Ability to resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
