Your Key Responsibilities Include: + Efficiently review and process invoices with precision. + Perform 3-way matches on invoices and vouchers to ensure company records align perfectly. + Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage large datasets and maintain clear, up-to-date financial records. + Resolve discrepancies and take proactive initiatives to address issues during the first review phase. + Deliver top-tier customer service to both internal teams and external partners.
