Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations by managing invoice processing, vendor registrations, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Process and import invoices into the Yardi system to ensure timely approval and payment. • Organize and manage multiple email inboxes for U.S. and Canadian operations, addressing any outstanding issues. • Assist with vendor creation and registration in SharePoint, ensuring all verification and validation steps are completed accurately. • Translate and process French-language documents using tools like Google Translate as needed. • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all accounts payable tasks. • Collaborate with the team to clear any backlog and meet deadlines efficiently. • Provide support during training sessions by being present in the office and quickly adapting to new processes and systems. • Utilize Excel formulas and other tools to analyze and categorize financial data. Requirements • Previous experience in accounts payable or a related financial role. • Proficiency in using invoice processing systems; experience with Yardi Voyager 7S is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. • Ability to manage multiple inboxes and prioritize tasks effectively. • Familiarity with Excel, including the use of formulas for data analysis. • Willingness to work on-site during training and as needed. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and tools. • Knowledge of French is advantageous but not required.
