Key Responsibilities: + Process invoices, including coding, matching, and batching, while ensuring proper approval and compliance with company policies. + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner. + Manage payment runs, including preparation of checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments. + Handle vendor inquiries professionally and provide timely resolution to payment-related issues. + Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and ensure proper filing for audit purposes. + Assist with month-end closing activities, including accrual preparation and reporting. + Collaborate with procurement teams and other departments to ensure seamless workflow in accounts payable processes. Requirements What You Bring to the Table: + Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role. + Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms. + Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles. + Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications. + Strong communication skills for resolving vendor issues and coordinating with internal teams. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
