Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to support the Residential Real Estate group. This role serves as a liaison between the real estate operations and the accounting/finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Process approximately 30+ detailed invoices daily using QuickBooks.Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and maintain accurate records.Apply incoming ACH and wire payments to appropriate receivables accounts.Handle incoming mail and distribute accordingly.Collaborate with various internal departments and external contacts to resolve payment-related inquiries.Perform general office tasks as needed to support the team.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills and comfort working with diverse teams.Prior experience in accounts payable.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Receivables experience is a plus.Real estate industry experience is helpful but not required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Hunt Valley, MD. The role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hunt Valley, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.84/hr.
