SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Accounts Payable Clerk II is responsible for performing bookkeeping duties in the maintenance and operation of account processing for all payable transactions for the agency on a timely basis. Work involves processing, distribution and maintenance of invoices. The Accounts Payable Clerk II is expected to work with a problem-solving oriented team and develop a professional relationship within the finance department, closely working with the senior accountant staff.

Process and record all invoices for paymentMail checks to vendorsFile and maintain A/P vouchers and related materialsPerform other duties as assignedPerform Smart Data reconciliations (as assigned)
