Description Robert Half is seeking an Entry Level Payable Invoices Clerk for a 3+ month assignment. This role will heavily focus on invoice processing, vendor payment status updates, and is an excellent opportunity for aspiring accountants and financial professionals to gain real-world experience. Responsibilities: Process and file payable invoices. Perform vital scanning and filing duties. Manage and process expenses on the Concur platform. Execute deposits, ensuring timelines and accuracy. Timely communication with vendors regarding payment status. Handle a high volume of invoices efficiently and accurately. Requirements Required Software Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with or knowledge of Oracle Fusion preferred (training to transition from Dynamics to Fusion will be provided). Skills & Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
